| Bio: | Wow! I'm updating my profile. I just participated in a friending meme, and realized that anyone looking here would have no clue what I'm interested in. Except Remus/Sirius. (Which I am, it's just that I'm obsessed with more than them now.) In essence: I write, I read, I lurk. Occassionally I'll talk about Real Life.
So far, I've mostly written slash of the Remus/Sirius variety, but I'm starting to dabble in other pairings, including Ron/Hermione. I love all things Weasley, and am a massive fan of Neville. Although I (shamefully) haven't written anything for them yet, I am trying to rally up more support for Frank and Alice Longbottom. A recent supporter of Dumbledore/Grindelwald and I'm quite tickled that it's now essentially canon. I suppose I should get this out of the way: I don't particularly care one way or the other for Snape. It seems he has a lot of fans here, but I'm just eh about him. However, that doesn't prevent me from appreciating a well-written fic about him :) In fact, I'll read pretty much anything, no matter the character or how squicky, as long as it's good writing.
I really, really like AUs, and historical AUs make me drool. Of the HP books, PoA is my favorite, followed by GoF and DH. The epilogue does not exist.
I also like Good Omens, Firefly/Serenity, and I think I have an undiagnosed liking for the Stargate shows. Aziraphale/Crowley rocks my socks. Mention a fandom, and I'll tell you if I'm into it. I'm too lazy to think of any more right now.
On non-fandom notes, I'm a perfectionist. And a procrastinator. And I like doodling but I'm not very good. I try to knit, and I have recently attempted cooking beyond grilled cheese. Word games and crosswords make me drool. I have massive appreciation for anyone into languages/linguistics, even though I (sadly) speak only English. Well, some German, but it's really not worth mentioning. And I hate writing bios. I'm definitely over 18, in case anyone needed to know.
